FAQ
What should I expect during my first shoot?
Expect the environment to feel relaxed, collaborative, and fun whether you’re a professional model or someone stepping in front of the camera for the first time. Throughout the session, I’ll help guide you every step of the way with posing, movement, and direction while still allowing space for natural moments to happen. The goal is to create imagery that feels authentic, expressive, and true to who you are, while creating an experience and story worth remembering.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking at least 2 weeks in advance is preferred whenever possible. Larger productions, commercial projects, or shoots involving studios, assistants, HMUA, or additional planning should ideally be booked even earlier. Last-minute bookings may still be possible depending on availability and scheduling.
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes. I’m based in the Atlanta & Metro Atlanta area and available for travel. Travel fees may apply depending on location, distance, parking, lodging, or production needs.
Are studio rentals included?
Studio rentals, specialty locations, props, stylists, HMUA, assistants, or additional production needs are typically quoted separately unless otherwise discussed.
Can you help with creative direction or concepts?
Absolutely. Whether you already have a clear vision or need help developing one, shoots can include moodboarding, styling direction, location ideas, and concept development.
What should we wear for our session?
Wardrobe can completely shape the mood and feel of a shoot. After booking, guidance can be provided on styling, colors, references, and overall creative direction depending on your session.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Turnaround time varies depending on the scope of the project, but most portrait and editorial sessions are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. Select preview images may be sent earlier when possible.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot depending on the project.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes. Select prints and albums will be available through my online store once your final gallery has been delivered. From your gallery, you’ll be able to easily browse and order prints, albums, and other available products featuring your selected images.
Do you offer commercial or brand photography?
Yes. Commercial projects can include campaign imagery, branded content, editorial work, social media assets, creative direction, and behind-the-scenes coverage. Pricing is custom tailored depending on the scale, production requirements, usage, and deliverables of the project.
